Our Story
Le Beurre began in 2023 with a simple belief — that a great croissant starts with great butter. We laminate every layer by hand, proof it slowly, and bake it until it shatters at the first bite.
From the first espresso of the morning to the last pastry of the night, Le Beurre is a little corner of Paris on Batarji Street.
